Welcome to the Boys Junior Rock Elite Program for players in Grades 7 to 9.

Athletes will experience an hour and a half of high intensity level practices and training for 12 weeks. The program will focus on advanced offensive and defensive concepts, as well as the fundamentals needed to take your game to another level. They will get the chance to work on conditioning and agility with Strength Coach Evan Constantine, twice per semester.

Head Coaches will be Jon Pye and Sam Prowse.
