Welcome to the Boys Freshman Rock Elite Program for players in Grades 5 & 6.

Athletes will experience an hour and a half of high intensity level practices and training for 8 weeks. The program will focus on advanced offensive and defensive concepts, as well as the fundamentals needed to take your game to another level.

Head Coaches will be Ian Coultas and Erica Coultas – Kennedy.
